Step 2: Comprehensive Health Assessment and Initial Neurofeedback

Your first official visit includes a comprehensive assessment, where we review your health history, evaluate aspects of your lifestyle like nutrition, and ensure you have the foundational nutrients necessary to support new neural connections. This approach helps us identify any factors that may impact your neurofeedback results. During this visit, you’ll also experience your first neurofeedback session, allowing us to see how you respond to the treatment. You may notice results in the first 24-48 hours following your first treatment.

Step 3: Personalized Neurofeedback Plan

Based on your response to the initial session, we develop a neurofeedback plan tailored to your unique needs. These neurofeedback sessions are designed to help the brain reorient and establish more functional patterns, leading to improvements in focus, emotional balance, and overall mental clarity. Typically, treatment plans include 10-20 sessions, but this may vary based on your progress and individual goals.

Step 4: Neurofeedback Sessions

Neurofeedback sessions are brief (lasting a couple seconds to a couple minutes), non-invasive, and comfortable. In each session, our specialized equipment provides gentle neurofeedback tailored to your brain’s unique response patterns. Many clients find sessions relaxing, with results building gradually over time.

Frequency: We recommend 1-2 sessions per week for optimal results, though frequency can be adjusted based on individual needs.

Step 5: Ongoing Progress Tracking

Throughout your treatment, we closely monitor your progress, making adjustments to your plan as needed. Regular check-ins allow us to assess improvements, address any questions, and fine-tune the treatment based on your feedback. We also collect data and compile brain maps for objective measurement of progress that helps to inform treatment, but is not diagnostic mapping such as qEEG.

Step 6: Completion and Lasting Benefits

After completing your initial treatment plan, we take a week or two off from sessions to ensure your brain is adopting and sustaining the new neural pathways on its own, rather than relying on continuous stimulation. This break allows us to observe whether the changes are stable and lasting.

We’ll check in 2-3 weeks following your final session to assess your progress. If the benefits remain strong, there’s no need for additional maintenance sessions. Our goal is for you to enjoy long-lasting improvements without ongoing treatment.
